Important Rakhi shipping information

Estimated dispatch and delivery dates: The selected date is the planned dispatch or delivery date and not a guaranteed date of delivery. Actual timelines depend on product availability and our courier partners, local delivery partners, suppliers and vendors in different cities.
Same-day delivery during the Rakhi rush: “Same-Day Delivery” means an estimated same-day dispatch or delivery attempt and not guaranteed delivery on the same calendar date. Orders may be scheduled for dispatch or delivery on the next available consecutive days.
Courier and delivery-partner pickup delays: Actual pickup may be delayed because of the exceptionally high volume of Rakhi shipments. Pickup confirmation, tracking generation and the first tracking update may therefore take longer than usual.
Rakhi combo gifts and split shipments: Fresh flowers and cakes may be delivered locally, while Rakhi, sweets, chocolates, personalised gifts and other non-perishable items may be dispatched through courier partners. Components may arrive separately and at different times.

Flower Care Instructions

Simple steps to keep your blooms fresh for longer.

🌿 Unwrap Gently

Remove wrapping carefully.
Remove damaged outer/guard petals (normal).
Avoid bending stems or pulling petals.

✂️ Trim the Stems

Cut 1–2 cm from the bottom.
Cut at a 45° angle for better water absorption.
Use a clean knife/scissors.

💧 Fresh Water

Use a clean vase + fresh water.
Add flower food if provided.
If not: a pinch of sugar OR few drops lemon juice.

🍃 Remove Submerged Leaves

Remove leaves below waterline.
Prevents bacteria + bad smell.

🌤 Best Placement

Keep in a cool spot with indirect light.
Avoid sun, heat, fans & AC air.
Keep away from ripening fruits.

🔄 Change Water

Change water every 2 days.
Quick re-trim helps a lot.
Rinse the vase before refilling.

For foam-based arrangements (boxes/baskets): Add small amounts of water daily to keep foam moist. Do not over-water.

Bloomsy tip: Flowers naturally open over time. With proper care, they look great for 5–7 days+.
