Special Terms for Rakhi 2026 and Combo Gift Orders

Due to the exceptionally high volume of Rakhi orders, our response times may be longer than usual. We sincerely apologise if we are unable to respond to some customer queries promptly. Our support and operations teams are working continuously to assist customers and fulfil pending orders as quickly as possible.

The following special terms apply to Rakhi products, Rakhi combos and orders containing flowers, cakes, sweets, chocolates, personalised products or other accompanying gift items during the Rakhi 2026 festival period:

1. Estimated delivery and dispatch dates: The delivery date selected while placing an order is the planned dispatch or delivery date and not a guaranteed date of delivery. The actual delivery date will depend on product availability and the operations of our courier partners, suppliers and vendors in different cities.

2. Rakhi combo gift fulfilment: A Rakhi combo gift may contain products fulfilled through different delivery channels. Fresh flowers and cakes may be delivered locally, while Rakhi, chocolates, sweets, personalised gifts or other non-perishable items may be dispatched through courier partners.

   Components of the same combo order may therefore be delivered separately and at different times. Delivery of one component will not necessarily mean that all components have been delivered.

3. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information: If a delivery attempt fails because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address or contact number, re-delivery may not always be possible.

   Flowers, cakes and other perishable products are freshly prepared or handcrafted for an individual order and may not be suitable for another delivery attempt after dispatch.

4. Alternative fulfilment after an unsuccessful attempt: In certain attempted-delivery cases, Bloomsy may offer suitable courier-deliverable replacement gift items of equal or similar value instead of fresh flowers, cakes or other perishable products. Any such replacement will depend on product availability and delivery feasibility during the Rakhi period.

5. Orders placed during the Rakhi rush: Orders placed for same-day delivery during the Rakhi rush, as notified through the relevant product-page banner or notice, may be scheduled for delivery on the next available consecutive days.

   Where customer confirmation is required, our team may coordinate the revised delivery date or replacement item through email before processing the order.

6. Courier and delivery-partner pickup delays: Even after Bloomsy has created a same-day delivery or dispatch request, the actual pickup may be delayed because of the exceptionally high number of Rakhi shipments being handled by courier and delivery companies.

7. Outskirts and distant delivery locations: If the delivery location is on the outskirts of a city or significantly far from the main city centre, additional delivery charges may apply. These charges may be required to facilitate delivery through our local or courier logistics partners.

8. Product substitutions: Due to exceptional Rakhi demand and temporary or regional non-availability, Rakhi, flowers, cakes, sweets, chocolates, packaging or other combo components may be replaced with suitable products of equal or higher value.

   Wherever reasonably possible, substitutions will preserve the overall value, purpose and Rakhi theme of the original order. Product-specific substitution information displayed on the relevant product page will also apply.

9. Non-serviceable locations: For orders placed for non-serviceable locations, Bloomsy reserves the right to fulfil the order using suitable courier-deliverable gift items available on our website.

   Where local delivery of fresh flowers or cakes is unavailable, the order may be fulfilled using alternative Rakhi-themed or courier-compatible gift products of equal or similar value.

10. Smaller towns, remote areas and villages: In locations where fresh flowers, cakes or other locally fulfilled products are temporarily unavailable, Bloomsy may send alternative courier gift products of equal or similar value to complete the order.

11. Courier tracking: For orders dispatched through courier partners, tracking details will be shared with the customer once they become available. The customer may use those details to track the shipment directly with the relevant courier company.

12. Confirmation of replacement products: If a courier-based replacement requires customer approval, our Operations Team will wait for written confirmation regarding the proposed alternative products.

    If no confirmation is received, the order may remain on hold. Further processing will begin after written confirmation is received from the customer.

13. Reporting order-related concerns: Requests relating to delayed deliveries, missed deliveries, incorrect orders, damaged items or other order-related complaints must be submitted in writing by 10 September 2026.

    Customers must report and confirm such cases by emailing orders@bloomsy.in with the relevant order number, issue details and supporting photographs, where applicable.

    After 10 September 2026, Bloomsy may not be able to process further complaints, replacement requests or related claims concerning Rakhi 2026 orders. Our support team will proceed based on the written communication received from the customer.

By placing a Rakhi or Rakhi combo gift order, the customer acknowledges that festival-period delivery timelines are estimates and that substitutions, split deliveries, courier fulfilment or revised delivery schedules may be required depending on location and product availability.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation during the Rakhi festival period.

These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between BLOOMSCART, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). • You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
• You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
• You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
• You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana
