Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your gift.
Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.
We will be more than happy to replace a defective product, please inform us at the earliest and we shall do the needful.
Deliveries may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.
Kindly provide an address where someone would be available at all times since our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order.

For Cushion:
Always hand wash the cover, using a mild detergent. Never put it in a washing machine.
You can also get it dry cleaned.

- Remove wrapping carefully.
- Remove damaged outer/guard petals (normal).
- Avoid bending stems or pulling petals.
- Cut 1–2 cm from the bottom.
- Cut at a 45° angle for better water absorption.
- Use a clean knife/scissors.
- Use a clean vase + fresh water.
- Add flower food if provided.
- If not: a pinch of sugar OR few drops lemon juice.
- Remove leaves below waterline.
- Prevents bacteria + bad smell.
- Keep in a cool spot with indirect light.
- Avoid sun, heat, fans & AC air.
- Keep away from ripening fruits.
- Change water every 2 days.
- Quick re-trim helps a lot.
- Rinse the vase before refilling.
